Order Processing

Delivery times are estimates and begin after order processing. Delays may occur because of weather, public holidays, courier disruptions, customs procedures, or other circumstances outside our control.
Shipping Charges
Shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout before payment.
For international orders, customs duties, import taxes, and other charges may apply. Unless stated otherwise, the customer is responsible for paying these charges.
Delivery Information

Contact us as soon as possible if your delivery information is incorrect. We may be unable to change an address after an order has been dispatched.
Retainer Joy is not responsible for delays or unsuccessful deliveries caused by inaccurate or incomplete information provided by the customer.
If an order is returned because delivery could not be completed, the customer may be responsible for the cost of sending it again.
